About the Role
Command our 52ft luxury sailing catamaran delivering five-star day charters to Barbuda, Cades Reef, and sunset champagne cruises.
Key Responsibilities
- • Safe navigation and vessel command across Antigua, Barbuda, and neighboring waters.
- • Manage onboard deck crew and maintain impeccable guest safety protocols.
- • Oversee pre-voyage checks, twin-diesel maintenance, rigging inspections, and marine gear.
- • Deliver engaging, hospitable guest commentary on Antigua's historic coastline.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ✓ MCA Yachtmaster Offshore (200GT) or equivalent commercial endorsement.
- ✓ STCW 95/2010 certification and valid marine medical (ENG1).
- ✓ Strong sailing experience in the Leeward Islands with exceptional customer service etiquette.
