By accessing or using Wadadli Jobs ("Directory Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not submit listings or use our local discovery services.
2. Directory Submissions & Listing Rules
Merchants submitting business profiles or events must provide accurate, non-misleading information regarding their services in Antigua & Barbuda:
- Listings must represent legitimate, active businesses or licensed local service providers.
- Content containing illegal activities, hate speech, or deceptive advertising will be rejected immediately.
- Wadadli Jobs reserves the right to review, edit, or decline any submission at its sole discretion.
3. Paid Subscriptions & Premium Services
We offer paid listing packages (including Premium Listing at $97/yr and Sponsored Listing at $147/yr):
- Premium Listings: Include DoFollow SEO website links, verified badges, extended descriptions, and inquiry contact buttons.
- Sponsored Listings: Receive top priority search placement above Premium and Free listings across category and city searches.
- Billing & Refunds: Subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds are processed within 14 days of initial subscription if services were not fulfilled.
4. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain ownership of logos, trademarks, and photography submitted to Wadadli Jobs. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and index your material across our local directory properties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wadadli Jobs acts as an independent discovery directory connecting consumers with local merchants. We are not responsible for transactions, service quality, or disputes occurring between consumers and listed third-party businesses.
